There are lots of people. If you want to take pics at blue hour make sure to be there early to save a good place. Bring tripod and filters.

The spot is on a hilltop. You get there best by Mönchsberg lift. You can easily walk to the lift, it´s next to Getreidegasse. You also can take the bus or come by car. There is a garage nearby but it´s quiet expensive. Or you find a parking lot somewhere around the lift but that is not so easy.
