Sorry for my late reply because I didn't see your comment but still want to be sure others know about this as well: So from what I know the road is definitely public but the higher view from the hill is private and this is where most of the people stood to take the photo with the typical view. I am not sure though if it's allowed to fly a drone just above the street to get a similar view. I think this depends on the local rules and is less about the private ground.

Yes, I've seen your description. However, the location you marked on the map IS on the private property, so I'm just making it clear for everybody, because as a non-german I didn't find the signs at location to be very clear. Unfortunately, it also happens to be one of the best viewpoints because the composition doesn't work all that well once you move back to the road for instance.

Indeed, it is private property. And indeed it is the best viewpoint. I tried several times now, and never made it to the top of that hill next to the road.

It might be easier to delete the pictures, taken from private ground. You can't recommend the spot on a page like this. The other photographers will get into trouble...
