Norway Red hut at Ramberg beach, Lofoten

A nice spot for a classic Lofoten composition in Ramberg. The hut is just against a beach offering a few different compositions, and it's well worth a short stop and exploring at this hut.

Since the winter season of 2014/2015, you might meet more tourists everywhere on the Lofoten Islands but wait a few minutes and you will be alone again. Take a look at the beautiful landscape and find your spot with your camera.

There's a small amount of variety to be had by moving closer and further away from the hut and around it a little. It is also interesting to see the cabin in different seasons since this changes the entire scenery! For simpler compositions, it's worth using an ND to blur the water in the background and simplify the elements further.

Don't forget your tripod and good filters!

It's no problem to find a parking place for your car.

There is a free designated parking spot on the North end of the beach, in the direction of Flagstad from this spot.
