Antelope Canyon is a slot canyon, who is flushed out by water and seems like organic forms. Dpendent of the light the rock formations ouccur in many different colors in the photos.

Photography Tips
The light in the Lower Antelope Canyon seems for me in the summer-morning (09:00 - 10:30 a.m) very good.
You can enter Antelope Canyon only with a native Navajo guide, tours can be found online. There are designated photography tours but only of the Upper Canyon. If you want photos of the light beams, you want to visit between 10:30 am and 1 pm.
